The project comprises of the demolition of the existing Salisbury Hotel, out of which the stone façade will be re-used in the new buildings which include a new rugby club, bars, offices, 50 cover restaurant, kitchens, multi purpose hall, gymnasium and a 20 bed hotel.
Income generated from the new complex will be reinvested by Rhondda Life Ltd to regenerate the Rhondda through increased employment, social enterprise, and community services.
