TC Completes new office build despite COVID-19
Unite the Union
TC Consult has completed a new two-storey office development project for Unite the Union, the largest trade union and largest general union in the UK.
The building, in Dagenham, will re-house existing Unite employees plus employees of another organisation and display a mural to the celebrate the 1968 strike by women at Dagenham Ford that was credited with leading to the Equal Pay Act.

This mixed use project comprised ground floor retail with hotel and leisure above, in the waterfront regeneration area.
We acted as project manager, employer’s agent and quantity surveyor. The new build development comprised 63,000 sq. ft., including a 132 bed hotel and restaurant for Whitbread.
