TC Consult acted as Employer’s Agent for Everstock Development to provide a comprehensive package deal for Beacon Cymru in this transformative £26m residential development. The project represents a significant regeneration achievement, converting a highly contaminated and constrained brownfield site in the heart of SA1 on the prestigious Swansea Waterfront into a modern residential community comprising 104 apartments across a thoughtfully designed 6-storey building, complemented by 204m² of commercial space.
