In a bittersweet moment, TC Consult bids a fond farewell to our friend and colleague, David Thomas, who retired on 31st March.

When work began in 2020 at Hafod Copperworks, we knew we were in for an interesting journey to get this magnificent building respectfully restored.

From August 2021 we had the opportunity to work closely with Mill Bay Homes on this exciting new project in Pembrokeshire.

It’s another landmark moment for TC Consult, as major expansion sees us secure a new office in London. Working and meeting space in Hoxton, east London, comes alongside our company headquarters in Cardiff, helping us drive our ambitious business growth through this year and next.

Once disused allotment land, this site in the West Midlands will become a world-leading, next-generation material recycling facility (MRF) for the local region and beyond; and the first of its kind to use Artificial Intelligence for real-time interconnectivity between the main sorting equipment.

Before joining TC Consult in October 2021, Benito worked as a Trainee Site Manager for Kier Construction on a wide range of projects. He mentions, “This invaluable on-site experience gave me a great foundation in understanding how the construction industry functions.”
